Jose Felix Gonzalez

Felix Gonzalez has practiced law for twenty-two years all in the area of personal injury law. Felix first began practicing personal injury law out of law school in 1995 with a well known and reputable personal injury law firm in San Antonio focusing on catastrophic personal injury litigation. In 1998 Felix joined another well known and reputable personal injury law firm in San Antonio where he later became partner in 2000. In July 2010 Felix formed the Felix Gonzalez Law Firm, P.C., with a continued focus on catastrophic personal injury litigation. Felix has tried numerous cases to verdict throughout his career.

Felix learned from an early age that through hard work and dedication one can accomplish anything in life in this great country. Felix is the oldest of six kids and his parents often struggled to make ends meet but because of his parents’ strong work ethic they never lacked the basic necessities of life. Although Felix’s parents only have a sixth grade and first grade education in Mexico, they always taught their kids to work hard and believe in the American dream. Because of this strong work ethic instilled in him, Felix went on to graduate from the University of Texas at Austin and from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio. Prior to going to law school, Felix spent four years in active duty in the United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged. Felix continues to apply the strong work ethic he learned from his parents and the discipline instilled in him in the Marine Corps to his professional and personal life.

Felix believes in leaving no stone unturned when it comes to zealously representing clients and preparing their cases for trial. Felix has represented clients who have been catastrophically injured against such large corporations as Boeing, Ford, GM, Honda, Isuzu, Toyota, Firestone, Michelin, Cooper Tire, Yokohama Tire and Goodyear Tire to name a few. In his spare time Felix competes in marathons and triathlons. His most recent marathon was the Austin Marathon in February 2013. He has completed a number of Olympic and half-ironman triathlons including the 2012 Longhorn Half-Ironman Triathlon. Most recently he completed the 2015 Ironman Texas with a time of 13:26 hours. Felix is married and has two sons.
