December 4, 2022. I was just made aware of this review. I would like to respond. I have been practicing law for over 20 years and Criminal Defense is the area of practice which I have dedicated my career. I looked back in my closed files and do not see a client that matched this sentence. The individual states that it was his very first offense and that I would get him back on probation, which indicates this individual was on probation and did something additional. And then it further states that I got him to take a plea which indicated additional charges. Just a note, my contract reads that, “I DO NOT make any guarantees of any particular outcome of a case.” Meaning, it is unethical to guarantee a predicted outcome of any criminal matter. However, helping represent individuals in the toughest times in their lives is what I have dedicated my efforts on. I know Criminal Defense is not a great subject to shout out your successes but, I have had many. Murder, Manslaughter, Intoxication Manslaughter, Intoxication Assault, Aggravated Assault Deadly Weapon or Serious Bodily Injury, Sexual Assault of a child, Sexual Assault Contact/Exposure, Assault Family/Married, Possession and Delivery of Drugs and DWI’s are just a few of the cases I have had successes on.
