You need to speak to a local attorney...not sure if I am understanding if you want to get exhibits pre-admitted? Sounds like you need a lawyer.

Probably cannot sue hospital since it is state law that mandates reporting. If CPS is involved you need a lawyer.

You need to call a family attorney. There are many issues that need to be addressed one on one with an attorney...when the order with final, etc.
