Benjamin Brooks Doherty

After graduating near the top of his class at St. Mary’s Law School, Ben began litigating insurance disputes, and has been either prosecuting or defending cases ever since. Ben has experience as both a Plaintiff and Defendant. He has defended large organizations, such as Fiesta Texas and State Farm, and has handled multi-million dollar lawsuits. He knows his way around the courtroom. After years of working at larger firms, Ben has began his own practice in order to work more closely with people in need and branch out to a wider array of law. Personally, Ben is married with two children, and is involved with his church.
