I want to express my gratitude for your hard work and dedication to see my case to the end.... "Determination to win my case." I can not imagine how difficult this would have been for me without you there by my side. I could never Thank You and your firm enough for what you and Michael Gross did ...for me. Michael was very kind and caring as well. I would also like to Thank Crystal for being there for me going over things with me and answering so many questions I needed to ask when needed also. You are All truly a Blessing to me and stood by me to the end. Right after my parents passed away I met Samuel Packard and I Believed in him from the beginning. A very long road, but we made it through the ordeal!

Michael Packard understood my condition and was able to pull all the medical problems to present a clear picture of my condition to the judge. The road was long but receiving the disability determination was a blessing!

Disabled Needed Empathy and Representation

I am so relieved that I now have hope of being able to live and not be disabled, disregarded and dependent. I had been ill and didn't realize I was disabled until I was not able to work or even just barely live day to day. I applied for Social Security Disablity and was denied. I was in my 50's an...d had worked all my life since I was 15 and now I couldn't work, could only concentrate on my medical needs and my family suffered. When I was denied I called a couple of attorneys; the conversation with Mr. Packard's firm was entirely different than the other attorney's representatives I spoke with. Mr. Packard's firm was first concerned about me and my disabilities and not so much about where, when and how long I worked to see if I qualified. They asked me about my illness and how I felt and how long I had been out of work and my denial, set up an appointment and we would figure the rest out. I had an appointment with them and they represented me with my appeal. I had applied for disability and was denied and I needed help for my family. My appeal was submitted and approved. Mr Packard's firm understood my feelings and I was treated with sincerity and compassion. I appreciate their help with my case and my family thanks them.

Social Security Claim

The Packard law firm met and exceeded all of my expectations. My first impression was that the law firm was very professional and proficient. Unfortunately they were not my first representative. I have no doubt that if they had been representing me, I would have won my case. Samuel was very thorough ...and confident about my case even when I had my doubts. This experience was totally different (better) from the previous time I met a judge. I went in feeling confident because of the preparation Samuel and his team had given me. If you are reading this and you are looking for an attorney that really cares then you have found the right place.

Happy about

I'm so happy with Packard Law Firm and the outcome of my case! I was awarded 2 years back pay and I am finally going to start receiving my monthly social security disability benefits. I felt I was entitled to this compensation but this firm worked to ensure I received what I had already worked for. W...ords can't really express my overall gratitude and appreciation for the staff at Packard. I would highly recommend this firm to my family and friends. The fight is over we won!
