Stephanie Parker Hoppas

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Stephanie. She is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We felt like our issues were a priority, even though I am 100% sure she had several other cases going on at the same time. The best way to communicate is via-email as she does have many ...cases. She was very clear from the first moment we met, she couldn't make any promises, but she was going to do her very best. Even though the outcome wasn’t exactly what we wanted (not because of Stephanie, but the situation), my son is home and safe. I respected her honesty and her direct approach in telling me exactly what I needed to do to help her help me. You must be able to do the some of the work as well…it only helps your case. She isn’t telepathic nor is she a Genie. I have seen some comments from others on this Avvo page regarding her fee…My thoughts regarding Stephanie’s fee process – she is very far. If you are not willing to pay your lawyer for what you hired them to do…then don’t get a lawyer; “That dog just won’t hunt.” Lawyers are expensive no matter who you get or where you go…so if you are going to pay for one, go with Stephanie. I can say she is a ninja at what she does.

I've had Ms. Hoppas as my representation on several occasions. Ms. Hoppas was very knowlegable in each of my cases. Unlike James and Jodi who posted on this website, I had a very positive experience. Not only did she and I speak often about my cases, she even RESPONDED to me in times of need on the ...weekends. I have worked with other attorneys in the past and I've never had an attorney be so available, giving her time freely and offering sound advise. Not only did she personally contact me (not her assistant), she cared about me and my family to assist us in court. I would definitely recommend Ms. Hoppas.

No one likes attorney fees but when it comes to your childs well being you can't put a price on that. I changed attorneys once during this long pain staking process and found not only a heartless attorney who didn't really care but a bill that made my head spin. I ran back to Stephanie and she has be...en at my side since! It takes a certain kind of person to be your attorney and still make you feel like you are friends. I have never been billed for something I didn't feel I owed but I have had questions and she was always willing to explain it to me (lawyer talk can be very confusing). She fierce in the court room but understanding towards her clients.
