I was at a playdate with my kids, one of those where your kids get to play and the moms get to have a beverage (or two) and chat while the kids are distracted. Well, my kids and I had a great time and I by no means over-indulged, BUT some other careless driver close to my neighborhood rear-ended me ...on the way home. My car is equipped with technology that immediately alerts 911 when the airbags deploy so that's when everything really went downhill. Long story short, the officer smelled my two glasses of sauvy b, and I was so nervous I did all the tests including the breathalyzer. I was barely over the limit but because my kids were in the car it was a FELONY! I've never felt like a worse mother.
