Blessed to have found her!!!

I had no idea where to start when my husband was detained by immigration. I contacted an attorney in our hometown, Waco, and the only name she gave me was Bertha Zuniga. I quickly figured out that this was the only name I needed. I contacted Bertha's office and gave them our information. Bertha, hers...elf, contacted me very quickly and visited my husband promptly. He was detained on Thursday and Monday morning we hired her as our attorney. She did everything she said she would and she did it quickly. I could always get a hold of her for any questions I might have and she communicated with me every step of the way. I highly recommend her and believe she is the best immigration attorney out there. Even the guards in the detention center assured my husband he had nothing to worry about with Bertha in his corner. They were right, she had him out in 48 days and back with his family! We are forever greatful for all Bertha did for us and feel extremely blessed that we found her!!

Excellent Immigration Lawyer hands down!!!

Husband got detained by ICE. We had no clue as to why or what we needed to do. We hired another lawyer in the beginning. Wasted money and time. Almost sent my husband back to Mexico if we had listened to him. Glad we fired him just in time. My husband had heard about Ms. Zuinga from other's that were... being detained. Told her what was going on with case. She informed me if she didn't think she couldn't win then she wouldn't take our case. I loved the bluntness from her. She became our lawyer within days before my husband had court to be deported. It was hard and long year but she never gave up. Thanks to her my husband is home. No words can explain how grateful we are.

This Lawyer is Amazing!!!!

My brother was being held in Pearsal for 9 months! The first lawyer from The Garza Law Firm was absolutely useless! Just in for the money and good at blocking phone calls! Bertha Zuniga is truly an angel sent from heaven. When we contacted Mrs. Zuniga for help last minute, she was determined to help... my family out and help my brother come home. She got the job done and I am so happy that she truly understood what we were going through and fought until she won the case. Thank you so much Mrs. Zuniga! From the bottom of my heart I recommend this lawyer to fight for you and your family!!

Do not look any further. Zuniga is the best attorney in this matter!

My brother was arrested April 3rd, 2017. I paid the bond at the county jail where he was arrested however, because there was an immigration hold, he wasn’t able to be released. They transferred him from the county jail to the South Texas Detention Complex in Pearsall in less than a week after I had ...paid the bond. Everything happened so fast. In act of desperation, I consulted and hired the 1st immigration attorney I encountered to represent my brother. I wish I would’ve done more research on the lawyer. He seemed trustworthy and he didn’t charge “an arm and a leg” for the case so I went ahead with him. Unfortunately, for about two months, this attorney did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for my brother. He was unprepared and rescheduled my brother’s court date twice to buy him some more time. He even told me that he had contacted my brother’s employer for a letter of recommendation however, I caught him in a lie. I called his employer and he told me that he hadn’t been contacted, NOT EVEN ONCE, by my brother’s attorney and at that time that attorney had already been on the case for 2 months. I took the attorney off the case immediately. My brother was discouraged and depressed so then, he mentioned to me about attorney Bertha Zuniga as an option. He found out that she was the best immigration attorney by word of mouth in the detention complex. He told me that she currently represented many detainees there and did whatever it took to get them out. Also, he told me about countless stories of detainees that were successfully released under Bertha’s representation even if the detainees had all the odds against them. On Monday June 5th, I made a decision to hire attorney Zuniga after reading her endless positive reviews and attorney recommendations on the AVVO website. Attorney Zuniga began working on the case immediately. Even before I hired her, she had already done some research. Zuniga’s contract services for the case were definitely more expensive than the first attorney however, every dollar was worth it to gain my brother’s release. Zuniga worked relentlessly to get a pardon for two crimes of moral turpitude that my brother had committed in the past so that he wouldn’t get deported to Mexico. She worked diligently to gather all the evidence and come up with a good case for my brother. Originally, my brother’s court date was set on August 17th however, she convinced the judge to move it up earlier to August 10th. Attorney Zuniga understands the importance of getting a family member back to their family and incorporated back into the community. This is her priority. It took less than 2 & 1/2 months from the day I consulted with her to the day my brother was released. It would’ve probably taken less however, there was a week that I had to leave the country and she was unable to get more information from me. On Thursday August 10th, on my brother’s final court hearing, the judge granted a pardon and cancellation for deportation. My brother gets to stay here in the U.S and remain a Texas resident! He can continue to pursue his American Dream. Thank you God for putting Attorney Zuniga in our path to help us get our family member back. Ms. Zuniga is very proactive, professional and on top of her game. If she says that she’s 99.9% sure she can win the case, she means it! Do not waste your time, money and energy looking for other attorneys. She’s the best in immigration and has so many years of experience in these types of matters. I have so much faith and trust in this attorney that our family is considering hiring her for other immigration matters concerning other family members. Thank you again Ms. Zuniga for all your help and guidance.
