My only regret was not hiring Mrs. Zuniga sooner! Our first lawyer gave us no hope and basically said it was a difficult case and little to do for him. Made us feel like every attorney would say the same. Kept taking our money and ran. Garza law firm would not answer our questions we had and needed t...o know about the case and paperwork. We initially hired a different immigration attorney for my husband’s case who fed us false hopes and promises. In December 12 2015 I was detained by ice n sent to a immigration detention I hired a lawyer since I didn't know what was happening immigration came and pic me up from home. That lawyer never went to see me just took money from my family while in their I heard about ms zuniga n all her cases I immedi...ately told my family about her they called her n next day she went to visit me. I was lost everyone told me I was goin to get deported I had a Bby on the way a great job n never been away from my family all my life lived in the US. After my first visit with her she brought my hopes up n told me don't worry everything will b fine that I would b out by February that brought my hopes up my family gave her all the paper work she asked for she did her thing and by the 2nd of February I was hugging n kissing my family. We hired the law firm of Martha Garza for my brothers case that involved ICE and removal proceedings back in March. We were blessed with Ms. Bertha Zuniga being assigned to our case. Right away within that first week she drove all the way to Conroe detention center to meet with one on one with my bro...ther. That showed her interest in him and made my brother and us feel very comfortable with her. She spent lots of hours working on his case and prepared us with what we needed to gather.
