Ms. Zuniga is non-stop, 7 day a week working attorney. She made me feel confident from day one that she was the attorney that could make the difference. She never backed down and she won; she knew our case and was so prepared. That was a Friday and I was able to post his bail and he was released on that following Monday. She is still by our side and is now helping us to get his residency. I have so much faith in Ms. Zuniga. If you feel you have a hopeless case or have been to other attorneys and just feel financially beat; you have to reach out to Ms. Zuniga. She truly will make you feel like she is fighting for you as if you were family.

In December 12 2015 I was detained by ice n sent to a immigration detention I hired a lawyer since I didn't know what was happening immigration came and pic me up from home. That lawyer never went to see me just took money from my family while in their I heard about ms zuniga n all her cases I immedi...ately told my family about her they called her n next day she went to visit me. I hired Ms. Zuniga to represent my husband who was arrested at the port of entry as he tried to return as a legal permanent resident alien. DHS was alleging that two misdemeanor assault convictions he had made him subject to deportation in April of this year. Ms. Zuniga told me that the convictions... did not make him deportable and she would file a Motion to Terminate. She told me and my husband to be patient and, that, that a soon as my husband had his first hearing, the Judge would already have my husband's Motion to Terminate. Ms. Zuniga also had an incredible knowledge that, because my husband obtained his legal permanent residence on December l, 1990 as an agricultural worker, he definitely was not subject to being removed. The Judge terminated the deportation proceedings on the two grounds, just as Ms. Zuniga said that she would. My husband is now with our family thanks to Ms. Zuniga
