BEWARE AND FIND ANOTHER LAWYER!

I do not recommend doing business with this firm. I had a very negative and dissatisfied experience as I hired Matt to prepare a Will for my husband who was dying and I was scared by gifted talk into purchasing a high $$ estate plan which was NOT needed. Find a law firm that will support your needs ...and listen to what you want to do. The estate plan was not prepared timely, incomplete and totally worthless as the firm never completed the documents or returned my many telephone calls. I lost total trust to work with this firm. I wasted monies for an estate plan that I never needed and now as a widow, will find another lawyer to support my legal needs. Do some research and discuss your family needs before you are rushed to hire a lawyer.

People you DO NOT need a trust!!!!!!!!

We did hire Matt. He's a nice guy the problem is he scares you into thinking you need to have a trust to protect your family BUT YOU DON'T!! Do your research! There are a lot of attorneys who make a lot of money on people who are not educated on trusts. I spoke to my attorney from my hometown ...and he cannot believe people "get away with doing this to people". Trusts are not necessary I'm telling you! Do your research! Do not trust this guy and what he's telling you! Not true! He's a VERY good talker and salesman believe me! Save your family thousands of dollars and don't do it!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
