Kyle Jordan Ernst

Used as court appointed attorney for my girlfriend in Gonzales ... My girlfriend was on probation in Gonzales county and had a lot of personal issues ... She had just recently tragically lost her brother and ended up violating her probation .... She was incarcerated and appointed Kyle Ernst as her at...torney ... He Does not investigate the cases thoroughly .. does not meet with clients or learn anything about the case until day of court ... Then when you try to contact him , he will ghost you ... I thought maybe he would be decent being he is from out of town but when I saw him in the court room, I could tell that we were in trouble when I heard him talking to the DA... He appeared spineless and took whatever the DA would give him ... It was as if the DA was giving him orders and he stood there and accepted very submissively ... He is not the guy you would want in your corner if you are one of your loved ones have legal issues...There are good attorneys in this world who take great pride in what they do , unfortunately Mr Ernst is not one of them ... He is only there to collect his paycheck and if you try to contact him outside of court all you will hear back from him is crickets as he will ghost you ...
