Nobody ever started a business just to end up fighting fires all day, but that’s where most of us find ourselves at some point. I know. I’ve been there. Now I help other entrepreneurs get out of the weeds with EOS®, a proven set of practical tools for getting the right PEOPLE in the right SEATS solving the right ISSUES once and for all.

Growing up we had a lot of family/business dinners, so I got the business bug early on. I fought it at first by becoming a lawyer AND a banker, but I always had much more in common with my clients than my colleagues, so it was only a matter of time before I got in the game. My first couple of ventures weren’t pretty but then I co-founded a B2B software company, which we funded, staffed, grew, and later sold to the #2 auto auction in North America.

Since then I’ve helped dozens of leaders in organizations large and small to build better teams, better businesses, and better lives for everyone involved. When I discovered EOS® I knew I’d found the horse I wanted to ride in on to help entrepreneurs take their businesses by the horns – so that THEIR family dinners don’t have to be business dinners quite so often.
