Bryan vs Goliath- A True Champion & Homeowner Advocate

In 2016, I purchased my first home. It was a newly constructed home that I truly thought was going to be my forever home. Unfortunately, within a couple of months of living in the new home the interior and exterior of the home started to show signs of significant defects. Working with the builder ...to resolve the issues with my home proved to be fruitless, and I was left feeling distraught, powerless, scared, and hopeless. With nowhere else to turn, I was finally referred to Bryan Woods for help. Bryan Woods provided me with sound legal advice, he was honest, and he believed I had a good case against the home builder. Bryan did warn me it would be a long and tough battle to win- David and Goliath tough. However, Bryan’s determination and experience gave me hope against all odds. Bryan truly believes in holding builders accountable and wants to see them do the right thing for the homeowner. As an attorney, you won’t find anyone better. Bryan was responsive to my questions, he listened to my concerns, and he took the time to make sure I was kept up to date on my case. Bryan is meticulous, detail oriented, and driven to win. After almost two years of long hours dedicated to my case, I am thrilled to say that it was worth the fight because HE WON MY CASE!!! The outcome of my case was better than I could have hoped for, and I was able to walk away and not look back. If you are in a situation like mine, don’t wait. Call Bryan. He will do what he can to help you, and hold the builder accountable, if needed. You will not be disappointed, and you will have an advocate on your side fighting for you and for what is right. I would highly recommend Bryan Woods.

Not trustworthy or ethical

Bryan handled my real estate case and while I won't complain about the actual job he did... we won, but what I did have a problem with is how he paid himself. We got a judgment from two parties with the Texas Real Estate Board paying some of the money. Bryan was to be paid one flat fee and then a p...ercentage. I paid the flat retainer fee before he started. When he learned that it would be hard to collect from the people I sued, Bryan took his percentage of the total judgment out of the small portion that the Texas Real Estate Commission paid. So... even though I collected only a portion of actual amount due me, Bryan took most of it. He never once then did ANYTHING to try to collect the rest of the money for me. I had to get another attorney (all attorneys I have talked to said he should have taken the percentage of amount collected... NOT of the total judgment) to try to negotiate with him. He then said he considered that I had a new attorney and wouldn't even return my phone calls. Stay clear... there are plenty of lawyers to choose from!
