Beware

I am writing this review to bring awareness to all potential individuals who are considering hiring Mr. Fiegel. I hired Mr. Fiegel in Aug of 2023 to represent me in a civil matter. When I first hired Mr. FiegeI, I was in a vulnerable state of mind and didn’t do my diligence researching him. After 2 y...ears of him representing me and paid fees of nearly 10k, it was very apparent that Beau just wasn’t prepared to handle my case. The following specifications are just a few of the actions I experienced: -After repeated attempts of contacting Mr. Fiegel, I experienced prolonged periods without updates on my case progression, leaving me uninformed and unable to make informed decisions. -Critical deadlines were missed in my case, due to Mr. Fiegel’s apparent oversight, jeopardizing my legal standings that could have perhaps ended or changed the outcome of my case. -Mr. Fiegel often failed to respond to the opposing parties attorney in a timely manner nor did he submit evidence that I provided to him via email months prior to my upcoming deposition which weakened my case. As a result of lack of communication, missed deadlines/missed court dates, and failure to follow up and turn in evidence, I would question Mr. Fiegel about my concerns only to be quickly dismissed by him constantly stating to me he could withdraw from my the case and I can find further representation if I didn’t like the way he was representing me. It came to the point I lost all faith in the noble practice of Mr. Fiegel to whom I put my complete trust in. I found myself tolerating his condescending remarks because for one I didn’t have the funds to hire another attorney and two I was afraid to start all over again with another attorney. At the end of 2024, he decided to withdrawal from my case because of me questioning him for my case file, status updates, and for a future plan of action. Before his withdrawal, I requested my entire case file and he failed to provide it to me. I asked for it several times and It was only because of a court order granted by a judge he handed it over. As a direct result of his sudden withdrawal, it was very difficult for me to find another attorney to pick up from where he left off because potential attorneys viewed the case as a high burden to deal with because of the repercussions of his practices. Fast forward to March 7, 2025, I decided to file a formal grievance against Mr. Fiegel. My hope was for the Stare Bar of Texas to investigate his behavior and hold him accountable for what he has put me through and probably many others. In 2025 the State Board of Texas disciplined him for his behavior. He is on full probated suspension until Oct 2026. PLEASE I REPEAT PLEASE DO NOT HIRE MR. FIEGEL IF YOU DON’T WANT TO JEOPARDIZE LOSING YOUR CASE, MONEY, OR TIME!!!!!

Devastating Divorce Process

I used Mr. Fiegel for my divorce case about 9 months ago. I spent hours and days preparing & organizing inventories, documents, financial statements, etc. and it was as if I was the only one fighting for myself during mediation. I was called the afternoon prior to mediation and asked "what I wanted o...ut of this." I had to go through my own records & give mediator info myself; as if nothing was ever reviewed. Afterwards, I found there was incorrect accounts, retirement & financial information provided from ex & I relayed it to Mr. Fiegel. He stated that it would cost too much money to go to court. I should be happy with what I got. Then it was months before final divorce hearing; Mr. Fiegel & his legal assistant stated she had not heard from opposing attorney. I found out myself the opposing attorney had reached out to set up final hearing through multiple emails with no reply from my attorney or legal assistant; I had email proof and they still denied it. I would have missed the court hearing as it was only 1 1/2 weeks away. I have made 10 attempts to try to get a copy of my file; messages, in person (doors locked) & phone calls, but the prior legal assistant was let go and the new assistant states Mr. Fiegel is preparing for cases & has to review it to make sure there's nothing missing. I don't even know if my file exists. I have been so overwhelmed and devastated with the outcome. I have never had to go through a divorce before & relied on a professional attorney to handle my case. I should have done things differently, there's so much more I could say, and I didn't understand you can hire another attorney before final hearing if not satisfied. This is not right; I hope anyone who has to obtain an attorney not back down and make sure you get someone that will fight & communicate with you. Please reach out on this sight if you want to connect.

Do not hire

This man needs to be disbarred. He does nothing as he says he will do and just keeps asking for more money to do the bare minimum. The only time he will speak to you or return your calls is when he wants more money to do some " work" on your case. He is not up front about his sanctions and suspens...ions nor does he care that he has them because he keeps doing the same things over and over to his clients. He does not keep you well informed at all. Ask him about this or even his prior drug addiction which he so openly admits to on his fb page and wouldnt doubt with the way he handles clients may still be on them. He is just all talk to get as much from you as he can and will ruin your case. Save your money he is not worth the cost.

Fierce in court!!!

Mr. Fiegel represented me in a complex case with my ex husband. He fought hard for me every step of the way and in the end, we prevailed. Throughout the process Mr. Fiegel was also very accessible and constantly kept me informed. Would hire him again in a heartbeat.
