Biography
Zacery Munoz knew from a young age that he wanted to become a criminal defense attorney and be a voice for the voiceless. He graduated with honors from The University of Texas at San Antonio majoring in Criminal Justice and minoring in Legal Studies, all while holding multiple jobs to pay for his way through college.
He then went on to attend St. Mary's School of Law where he participated in The Center for Legal & Social Justice Criminal Clinic. As a Student Attorney, Mr. Muñoz handled cases ranging from juvenile misdemeanors to 2nd-degree felony assault. In addition to this experience, Zacery was able to work for legal legends, Gerry Goldstein and Cynthia Orr, as a law clerk he worked on several complex criminal matters including, continuous sexual assault, murder, federal bribery, criminal appeals, motions for new trial, petitions for discretionary review, and state and federal writs of habeas corpus.
