Shawn Brown far surpasses any attorney in town. Shawn was highly recommended me years back for a 2nd DWI and was very pleased with the results. No jail time. OK, let me start by saying Shawn is a good friend that I went to high school with here in SA....that being said, I am giving him a completely unbiased review because he did such a damn good job on my case. After getting charged with a first DWI, I interviewed several attorneys & decided on Shawn...j...ust had a good feeling. In addition, having many good lawyer friends, they ALL had glowing things to say about him. I am quite familiar with lawyers with respect to the civil law arena & one thing I can tell you is many of them are flat out LAZY!! They love to take their money up front and don't do s***....that's not Shawn at all! In fact, he enjoys the battle going up against the opposition/prosecution...no lie! The problem with most lawyers once again is they like to pressure you to take the first deal the DA offers to get the case off their plate...not Shawn, he wants to WIN! After 2 years of back & forth...continuances, miscellaneous hearings, etc...he set it for trial. After conducting some thorough pre-trial discovery (which a lot of lawyers don't do) he was able to poke several holes in the DA's case. Then one day, right before trial was coming up, the judge said, "DA, you better get us the discovery the defendant has requested or this case is done!" The day came & they were not prepared....CASE DISMISSED folks! He's a bad ass lawyer guys, do yourself a favor a hire him, you won't regret it!

Shawn has never disappointed. He proves himself beyond excelence and very strong when handling my case. He took my dwi case and dealt with my federal probation recocation and made me feel at ease knowing he had both cases under his power. He got me off from my revocation on federal probation and g...ot my dwi dismissed. I wouldn’t go to any other lawyer and I wouldn’t refer anyone else but the best.
