Ms. Day was upfront with me about everything. Even though there were some "vital" records missing that could have proved a lot of what I was claiming, however, it was not the fault of Ms. Day and it was beyond anything that she could do. When we had our first communication regarding my case I was a... little nervous which is normal. However, I felt a lot more at ease after talking with Ms. Day. She was open about the possibilities and was very thorough. I felt more confident that things would end up in my favor. She made no promises of this, but let me know what she was going to do regarding my case. At the time of the hearing, she was very delightful and friendly while we briefly went over my case and informed me of who else was going to be there, which she also did on our first conversation. Once in the Judges Chambers, she had everything and was extremely prepared when there was a question regarding my case. She handled herself very well in the chamber and answered a couple of questions during the hearing. She is a very nice lady and a very professional, experienced attorney as well as smart and can get her point across without raising her voice. I liked her very much because she is very personable, a trait not often found in a lot of attorneys. Even if the decision had not gone in my favor, I would say the same thing.
