Mr. Munoz is an outstanding, dedicated attorney that cares about the person behind the case numbers. He was able to dismiss 2 of my cases, which I was looking at serving time for. I was pregnant the time I was getting the judge’s approval of the dismissals. I was the most scared I’d ever been for not... just me but my baby. If it wasn’t for Mr. Munoz, I wouldn’t of had all these beautiful memories with my new born son (now 9 mo). My baby is a gift from god but Rene gave me something that no one else can give me, time! Everything could have been so much worse but he dedicated his time and energy to ensure I was going to have the best outcome possible. He responded to my messages very quickly and explains the process of the legal system in a way that anyone could understand. I was informed of everything and kept up to date with him. Unfortunately, but fortunately, I won’t need you again because without that fear and desperation to want better for not just my baby, but for the first time in my life, I wanted better for me. It has been just about a year since the last court date, I came from a very bad situation with bad people and here I am a year later sitting in my own house in a beautiful small town far away from trouble in the city. I can look at the window and watching the humming birds drink out of my feeder, I go outside to one of the big mature trees in our yard and sit on our swing and take a moment to have gratitude for people like Rene, to allow me to feel alive again. His determination and integrity are evident in his successes. He treats everyone with dignity and respect. He makes his clients feel heard and never invalidates your feelings/emotions. 10/10 recommend!!!!
