I hired this lawyer 2 yrs ago and still don't know where this case stands. The other party's lawyer excused themselves from the case and I don't know what that means to me. Do I still have a case, is the case over? I tried to ask via email, letter, and phone call and still have not received a resp...onse. As soon as the opposition asked for documents, this lawyer was real fast to submit paperwork to them without consulting with me first. She told me after the fact that she had supplied the asked for documents to Opposition. I submitted all documents that I thought would help my cause, even created spreadsheets to help lessen the time she or her staff would have to spend creating a spreadsheet themselves. I don't think she ever looked at the documents I supplied. I sent a letter requesting a face to face meeting and 3 weeks later have still not gotten a response or appointment to speak to her. I don't know what else to do.
