Best lawyer on your side

Mr. Collins is a very experienced and exceptional fighter for his clients. Good kids sometimes make bad judgements at school, but with zero tolerance from school districts and statutory mandates to report so much to authorities, a teenager can easily end up facing potential legal consequences that ca...n ruin their lives before it even starts over silly mistakes. We hired Mr. Collins and with his strong knowledge of juvenile cases on our side, we were not disappointed, he represented us, and the case was rejected, thank you Mr. Collins.

Top Notch Attorney

I hired Kevin Collins to represent me for a difficult DWI case. Mr. Collins' knowledge of the law and the Bexar County court system proved to be invaluable. It took a couple of years, but in the end, my case was dismissed. I highly recommend Kevin Collins as a defense attorney.

Excellent DWI attorney

After being charged with a DWI I was referred to Mr Collins by a friend. After reviewing the case and video he presented me with the option of fighting it. After 14 months of deferrals we finally went to pretrial. The judge dismissed the case after Kevin's examination of the arresting officer. It was... well worth the $$$$.

Excellent Attorney

I was charged with my 2nd DWI (ten years apart) and was referred to Mr. Collins by a friend who also hired him. Mr. Collins was very honest and upfront with what to expect at the initial consultation. I had refused the breathalyzer during my arrest and I was facing a lengthy license suspension but ...Mr. Collins was able to win the ALR hearing to prevent my license from getting suspended. This alone saved me a ton of problems and headaches. Since it was my 2nd DWI I had to install an Interlock device in my vehicle during the pre-trial process. I had a lockout one time after five months with the device. Once the pre-trial officer saw the lockout, he immediately notified the judge. Typically, a warrant is issued for your arrest but Mr. Collins was able to go down to the courthouse and talk to the judge and I was able to get off with a warning and no warrant issued. After reviewing all aspects of the case, Mr. Collins decided that our best course of action would be to try and plead it down to a DWI 1st offense. Given the evidence, I agreed. He was able to talk to the prosecutor to plead it down to a 1st offense. They proposed 18 months probation with an additional 9 months with an Interlock device and a DWI 1st with a BAC over 0.15. Even then Mr. Collins kept on fighting to get the best deal possible. He was able to lower the probation term down to 15 months, Interlock for 7 months, decreased my fines, and lowered the DWI with BAC over 0.15 down to simply a DWI 1st. Given the circumstances, I was pleased with the outcome. Mr. Collins is extremely good at what he does. You can tell when he walks into the courtroom that people respect him. It seems like a lot of people know him and go out of their way to say hi. He is courteous to the judge, other attorneys, prosecutors, and even the police officers that arrested me. He is a true professional and I highly recommend him.

a real blessing

I met Mr. Collins through a family law lawyer who highly recommended him . Right away Mr. Collins set up a meet and greet to discuss my case. He was very knowledgeable on the specifics of my charge. Based solely off his experience he gave me a list of probable outcomes. In the end he was 100% correct... on all of them. This man is very good at his job. He was always very upfront and informative about the whole process. He never once took it for granted that I knew what to expect. He always kept me two steps ahead as he seemed to be four steps ahead everyone else in the courtroom. Including the D.A. In my opinion I believe him to be a genuinely good person, extremely humble and most of all very competitive when it comes to winning the case. If you need representation I highly suggest Mr. Collins. I truly believe he was a Blessing from GOD, being that I prayed to JESUS for one. GOD BLESS.
