I would say that I would recommend this Lawyer to anyone and everyone. We haven't always seen eye to eye on every issue but at the end of the day he will look out for your best intrest. John was appointed to me because I couldnt afford a Lawyer, but this made no difference to him he Defended me as if... I were a paid client. I knew I was innocent of these false charges and John had put together a great Defense that he worked really hard on. He was in constant communication with me Via Email and anwered all his messages. He is intellegent and a very hard worker. On the day of my Trial he announced "Ready for Trial with Pre Trial motions filed and Ready for an aquittal"(entire court room laughs in audible). The last part he added for flair but I think thats what got the Assistant D.A to realize that he didnt have a case. Not even an hour later John and I are sitting down discussing our stratgey going in to the trial and the Assistant D.A walks over with a piece of paper that states Motion for Dismissal. John will never know how grateful my Family and I are for his hard work. He is a great Lawyer and a good man!
