I have been board certified in Consumer and Commercial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2001. In addition to my law degree, I have
a MBA from U.T. in Austin. Although I continue to practice commercial and consumer litigation, my primary area of practice the last 5 or 6 years has been litigating ERISA claims. I have three wonderful children and enjoy writing and sports in my spare time. I am a frustrated philospher and have taught philosophy at Incarnate Word (University).
