Have been harrassed going on 5 yrs now by neighbors, what shall I do. Restraining order failed, sheriffs not helpful please help

I find it hard to believe that a restraining order is not been enforced; if needed, contact an attorney to get you a protective order.

It depends on the jail. Some jails give you 2 for 1 or 3 for 1 days in jail.
