Alice was an amazing attorney. She was appointed to me after they told me my original lawyer was not longer able to work my case. I was already worried about my case because I was applying for nursing school and thought that my application would be withheld, but Alice definitely proved me wrong. She ...persistently reminded me that her help was always available and that she was just a text or call away. She took her time listening to all of my questions and concerns and thoroughly explained what would be happening and what to expect, so that there would not be any surprises. She was able to be there for me professionally and as a friend and made me comfortable to speak to her. Although, there were a few obstacles along the way, they were all out of her hands, but she kept me calm and reassured me that we were still on track. And while still taking care of me and her other clients she provided excellent and professional service and personal attention.
