Replied last January 15, 2019We have found that a potential client’s expectations and desired outcomes do not always coincide with what is legally possible. With this in mind, we strive to be honest and up front regarding the legal limitations related to the facts as presented to us. A consultation is an opportunity for both the potential client and attorney to see if they will work well together and to review the facts of the case.
