Real estate issue

This lawyer was horrible. Our tenant file a law suit against us and when we took to Craig, he assured us that the law suit was frivolous. That we didn't have anything to worry about. come to find out that he took our money and did not file a response to the suit or showed up to court or notified u...s. As a result of this, we had a default judgement that cost us over 300 thousand dollars. He is terrible at what he does.

This was years ago! We were losing everything! Credit score dropped below 500!

Mr Van Cleave guided us financial fredom! Our credit score is now over 7/800! He did his job and was reasonable! Worked with us on fees! Etc…and either him or his paralegal responded appropriately! He really hanged out life when we felt like we were losing everything!

Best Foreclosure Defense lawyer in town

I was in the process of being foreclosed on. Mr. Van Cleave got on the phone and talked to the Bank when I came in. He set me up with a meeting in front of the Judge and I had 3 months to get all of this resolved. He saved my house.

Pathetic

Lazy. Does not respond to phone calls or e-mails. Comes up with excuses. Has "lost" his notes regarding our lawsuit. Does not follow-up as he says. Is not thorough nor does he have a sense of urgency. Have filed a grievance with the Texas State Bar, but grievance was dismissed. Plan to appeal. He is... not pro-active in any sense. We have to keep on him for status updates. I've sent numerous e-mails streams documenting events, but there is little reaction from him to get things moving faster. He tells me I'm a type "A" personality and he's a type "B".

Lazy

This lawyer took my money did not do what he was supposed to do. embarrassed me in front of the other attorney he does not look sharp he is sloppy and soiled. Has a disgusting office a messy desk and quite frankly he should not be practicing law in any state! I do not recommend him at all. He Wi...ll keep your money and never return your calls and hope that you go away.
