This was years ago! We were losing everything! Credit score dropped below 500!
Mr Van Cleave guided us financial fredom! Our credit score is now over 7/800! He did his job and was reasonable! Worked with us on fees! Etc…and either him or his paralegal responded appropriately! He really hanged out life when we felt like we were losing everything!

Best Foreclosure Defense lawyer in town
I was in the process of being foreclosed on. Mr. Van Cleave got on the phone and talked to the Bank when I came in. He set me up with a meeting in front of the Judge and I had 3 months to get all of this resolved. He saved my house.

Lazy. Does not respond to phone calls or e-mails. Comes up with excuses. Has "lost" his notes regarding our lawsuit. Does not follow-up as he says.
