I don't recommend this lawyer! He took 2 cases for my fiancé (divorce & child support) He charged him $3000 for both cases and $250 for court fees. They supposedly went looking for my fiancé's ex 3 times and for each he got charged an additional $100. Finally my fiancé ended up giving his ex the pape...rs personally. The ex refused to sign the divorce decree and the lawyer just said they couldn't do anything else. Nothing got done with the child support case! Every time my fiancé called their office they would say that a new lawyer was taking his case. At the end nothing was done and this lawyer just took our money and never refunded anything! We had to look for another lawyer and pay more money for him to finally be able to get a divorce from his ex. We work hard for our money and this Gerald Gonzales lawyer all he cares about is your money and has no intent of helping you out!
