Eugene Moore was raised in San Antonio and is a fourth-generation homebuilder. He was a construction superintendent for Standard Pacific Homes and a disaster housing inspector for FEMA. While working in the construction industry, he also taught and mentored young men and women in the juvenile justice system. His passion for working with young men and women led him to a pursuit of law. He specializes in juvenile law, constitutional law, construction law, and civil litigation.

Citation Obscene Language
Poor communication skills. Difficulty in explaining the process of my case. Constant excuses for why my case was taking so long to clear. After 5 long months of this I finally fired him. Definitely not worth $225.00 an hour of his service.
