I would not recommend. He copy and pastes documents that was obvious in a deposition with a previous client's address. I asked him numerous times about meeting the judge's filing deadline for an appeal, which he and his assistant said the message was received and we were fine. He still failed to m...eet the critical filing deadline and filed documents after the clearly stated deadline which resulted in my entire case to be void. He refused to take responsibility for his filing error. His closing statement to me was "I can't tell you what to do, you could try to sue me".
