Ineffective Counsel
Misrepresented me. She acted as a court appointed attorney in a Jury Trial where I was falsely accused of Assault with Bodily Injury by my neighbor (Misdemeanor). She failed to subpoena the witness and the Police Officer to introduce the Police Report or his Body Camera that would have exonerated me....
