Honest, dependable, and Hard Working

When I realized I would need an attorney, I didn't know where to start. I contacted Bill and from the moment I met him I felt comfortable that my life was in good hands, While waiting for a resolution, Bill kept in touch regularly and was reassuring that the outcome would be in my favor. His persiste...nce got the case tossed; I will forever be grateful!

One Of The Best

I had never been in trouble before and got charged with a possession case that I was not guilty of. Bill never flinched. He filed a lot of motions based on an illegal search that the cops had done, and was constantly in contact with me while we got ready for the motions and trial. It turned out th...at we didn’t have to do that, because the prosecutor dismissed all of the charges. He is always very busy, but he returned my calls immediately and everyone seemed to know him and respect him.

A Great Lawyer .I Couldn't Have Hoped For Better Results

I hadn't been in trouble in quite some time .Then one night I found myself being arrested for drugs. A 3rd degree felony..This was not my first 3rd degree felony. Because I had no clue about the legal system 21 years ago,a court appointed attorney allowed me to plea to two felonies ,one 4th and one... 3rd degree ,At the time, I had no idea the most they could have convicted me for was a misdemeanor.. My lawyer let me sign paperwork agreeing to give up any right to an appeal. I had never been in jail before and after two months I wanted out .It was my first offense and everyone I talked to believed I would get probation.. My lawyer said if I would plea my case out and agree to restitution, the judge would give me a P.R. Bond and sentence me to probation when I came back after the Christmas holidays. Well wasn't I shocked when the judge gave me 3 years in prison instead .My crime ? I didn't finish painting 2 houses that I had been working on. I couldn't believe it .At this point, I didn't trust lawyers to say the very least ..I was not happy about having to depend on a lawyer to keep me out of jail once again. My life changed dramatically because of what my first lawyer neglected to do for me when I depended on her ability.. This time in jail I was thinking about how I would lose everything I cared about. This included my girlfriend of five years . To make things even worse the grand jury enhanced my charge to a 2nd degree felony because of my previous 3rd degree felony . I was now a repeat offender and I was looking at 2 to 20 years. I had little hope that I would avoid prison time..Nothing had ever gone my way in a court room and I sure as hell wasn't expecting any breaks this time. I tried to find a good lawyer for over 3 months and the ones I called were disappointing. I don't remember how I found Bills number now that I think about it . I do remember he didn't have any reviews to speak of ,but he didn't have any bad reviews either .So I called him.. He didn't do a lot of big talk on the phone he was to the point. I have to tell the truth his price was decent, but he was young. Sure I wanted a deal but I almost felt like he might be too inexperienced .He only had 5 years experience and He wasn't even from Texas. He was from up north. I almost looked for someone else but I agreed to meet and decide if I would hire him He made a good impression .He was young but he carried himself with confidence and I decided to take a chance ..I paid him and he started working on my case ..I really didn't expect much because of the circumstances of my case..I later found out he also was a court appointed attorney with many cases at the time and I figured, oh no ......maybe this was a mistake . My doubts soon went away when I noticed he stayed in touch more than I would have expected .When he called it was obvious he had given a good deal of thought about where we were with my case and how he would deal with it. He did more than most attorneys would have and he looked at every angle He listened to what I had to say and he stayed in touch..This is no B.S. I know it sounds like he paid me to write this, But Bill got my 2nd degree .felony dropped to a misdemeanor with time served and a fine. He proved It was an illegal stop.Unbelievable .I couldn't hope for better results .He is a damned good attorney .It isn't something he learned in school, It seems to be a part of his character. I doubt I would be free today if I would have gone with another attorney .I truly believe this. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Bill .
