No response to the following e-mail after skipping scheduled calls with me & providing ZERO legal strategy on my divorce. Requested refund of $7,500 on March 4 and still have not received a response. Hi there, I will no longer require your services as my husband and I have decided to reconcile.... I have to say, in addition, I’m disappointed in Marble’s service plan as I never felt as though there was any strategy or ANYTHING related to my case that was communicated to me. The information I’ve discovered has largely been from Google or friends in Texas. When scheduled, Saundra missed our one call entirely & never rescheduled. I’ve been kept in the dark on any paperwork required until the last possible second and I’ve heard from my husband that his attorney has also not received communication (in the first instance, when they reached out to you about reconciling in the first place in December.) Furthermore, there were no recommendations or strategies offered in reference to disclosures or other requests. You took my exact words and copied & pasted them into a disclosure document that no attorney should EVER ask their client to sign. All for $7,500? That IS shameful. At the least, this is bad service and, if I were your firm, I would terminate my relationship with Marble immediately. At the worst, this is legal malpractice/negligence. I request a refund on my most recent payment of $7,500 as you have not had to respond to the disclosures or request for documents. And I also request that you do not do this to a client in the future, again.
