Precious Rosana Tobias Stout

My husband was in state jail for a felony in a different county and had a misdemeanor warrant out in Guadalupe county. Ms. Stout was his appointed public defender in Guadalupe. After I reached out to her, she was able to get all of the needed paperwork for requesting time-served to my husband in jail... and turned back into the court very quickly.
