Precious Rosana Tobias Stout

My husband was in state jail for a felony in a different county and had a misdemeanor warrant out in Guadalupe county. Ms. Stout was his appointed public defender in Guadalupe. After I reached out to her, she was able to get all of the needed paperwork for requesting time-served to my husband in jail... and turned back into the court very quickly. Without her timely assistance, my husband may have been arrested again and served more time than was necessary. We are so grateful he was blessed with a lawyer that cared and knew what to do!

Precious was appointed to me the courts and from the very beginning showed confidence and commitment to getting the best result in my case. She acquired a court order that would lead to a dismissal but due to my probation restrictions in another county it wouldn't be possible. She went back into the ...courtroom and found an alternative in which I completed. In between that time if I had questions or concerns she was very easy to reach and very quick to respond. Today i completed the requirements and was granted a dismissal. So grateful to have had an amazing attorney.

Precious Stout was the best lawyer I've ever had! She always stayed on top of my case, she was very caring, and supportive through all of this and she even managed to settle a deal to have my case dismissed and I had a misdemeanor class A!
