I paid $200 and never received my gift deed. I was the one doing all the work, I had to make the calls he was supposed to make to the city and county. On top of this all, he wanted to charge $1500 more to proceed, I told him I don't wish to proceed since this was not mentioned to begin with. I asked ...how much it was for the 2 visits that I attended and he said $60 each. I gave him $200, he should have refunded me $80 but he decided to keep the entire $200. This makes his visits $100 each and he doesn't do any work and all he talks about is his love for history... such crooks
