never returned phone calls or emails; did not do what he was hired to do in a timely manner. Never informed me what was going on in the case. Never knew if any discovery was done. he missed dealines. Never filed lawsuit in 8 month span, which cost me thousands. Never returned my case file because... it was mailed to the incorrect address with confidential information. He used my retainer supposedly for work he did, but I have no clue what it was. And would not explain what he did. Scheduled phone conferences and then never kept them. His paralegal/assistant literally destroyed my case with mundane mistakes. Had to get Texas State Bar involved and I still don't have my case file after 3 weeks.
