We filed BK7 in Dec 2017, Jackie walked us through the process and almost literally held our hands through the entire process. She was the turning point in a very grim part of our lives. Jackie was so helpful and told me exactly what to expect every step of the way. I only wish I had filed bankruptcy a couple of years before I did. I was fine until the day before my Bankruptcy hearing where you have to appear in court and I started getting nervous, as if I had to go before Judge Judy! I had the idea in my head like I was in trouble or something and even got lost and was a few minutes late for my hearing! Jackie calmed me down and sure enough, I was in and out of the hearing in just a few minutes.
