Biography
Victor Villarreal was born and raised in Laredo, Webb County, Texas. After graduating from Texas A&M International University, he interned at the U.S. Department of State and the National Science Foundation, in Washington D.C. and Virgina. He also worked at the Texas House of Representatives during the 78th legislative session. After graduating from the University of Texas School of Law, he worked for two years at a litigation law firm before founding Villarreal & Romero, PLLC.
