Ricardo Benavides III

Ricardo “Rick” Benavides, III is a South Texas attorney who represents businesses, professionals, property owners, and public entities in a wide range of legal matters, including business law, employment law, real estate transactions, and education law.

Rick regularly represents small and mid-sized businesses and entrepreneurs in matters involving business formation, LLC creation, corporate structuring, and contract drafting and negotiation.
