Yes he ...is hard to contact, he's secretary's take all his calls but my issue was a lost cause according to the other Attorney I consulted , Jose Tellez successfully helped me and never doubted my matter could be resolved.

Jose Tellez, by all intents and purposes, was a seemingly pleasant and “results driven” lawyer, upon initial consultation. However, after receiving a substantial retainer, Mr. Tellez was incommunicado, even after countless attempts to gain telephone and in-person contact. What makes matters worse, I ...was referred to Mr. Tellez by a close friend, which I believed would undoubtedly secure my ticket to an expeditious trial. However, that was not at all how things would transpire. After four months of unreturned phone calls, unseen office visits, and unrequited legal action, I was forced to hire another lawyer to represent my interests.
