why is she aloud to practice law? I've seen other reviews say the same thing never responds back always late wat she does is tries and realize I said tries to built u up like shes actually going to do something pssst plz shes whack I think one star is still to much for her she should be in the negati...ves I will fire her and not think twice about it it makes me wonder how she makes it threw life at all

Where do I start?! Unfortunately I had the misfortune of having her as my defender if that is what I even call her services. I understand that public defenders have many cases and, I am aware that attorneys do get busy but not once did she try to even talk to anyone working my case. Not one person. ...She kept postponing and was always late. Had I known that she was NOT going to represent me properly I would have definitely requested other representation. I feel bad for any clients she represents because she is not a good attorney. And she has the audacity to charge me a fee, when she did NOT even call, meet or write to inform me about my case. What a waste of a degree.

this lady was court appointed and was absolutely horrible. never returned phone calls. I talked to her one time in a 4 month span. Her "secretary" gave me the wrong information saying that I had to be indicted before they could do anything. with my case that would have never happened because my case... was no billed. super frustrating. I would never recommend her to anybody.

Situation: Voluntary Termination of biological father's rights. She is ALWAYS late no joke! She says one thing in a meeting then blind kicks you in the end. You give her information multiple times, every interaction you have to tell them what was said the last time. After paying out my balance before... my court date, and on our court date she says nothing about paying the 3rd party advocate her fees for representing my child. I believe everything is paid and i just have to sit back and wait for my paperwork. Her secretary contacts us (me and my fiancee) saying we need to pay the 3rd party lawyer $350 check right now!. I tell her Ninfa didn't say that pls clarify it with her; no call back! My fiancee made the payments throughout the initial hire date so he follows up, we call and call. They call us back asking for the money, so he asks did you clarify it with Ninfa? Ninfa gets on the line, tells him no you owe $350, you're not my client, you have her call.......WTH. You took money from him, he went in person to make my payments due to my work schedule and now you won't deal with him...k, fine! I called the 3rd party lawyer and sincerely apologized, had I know I had to pay an additional fee I would have paid her MONTHS AGO the day we had court. DEMANDING A CHECK FOR $350? where can i get a money tree? She is understandable and states i can make payments and goes over her expectations. I don't even want to speak with Ms. Ninfa Carrillo I would NEVER NEVER recommend her to ANYONE!
