Biography
J. Caleb Rackley is an attorney with degrees in Political Science, Law and Christian Ministry. In law school, his peers elected him Editor in Chief of the school’s premier law review. After graduating cum laude, he clerked for the Supreme Court of Texas and practiced at one of Texas' largest commercial law firms. He has been named a “Rising Star” in various publications, including Texas Monthly, and has published numerous articles in newspapers, law journals and magazines on a variety of topics. In 2010, he founded Rackley Law Firm, where he practices in the areas of civil litigation, construction law, estate planning and probate. He also teaches first-year law students at St. Mary’s University School of Law.
