Mr Greene did an LLC formation with all necessary docs, completed wills and power of attorney docs for my wife and me , and also helped me settle a real estate transaction that was dragging on because of a seller’s inability to close in which case he helped me get a settlement. All were completed for... a very fair price , with clear communication abs on schedule. Highly recommend!!

After paying the retainer of between $2,000 and $3,000, next-to-nothing was ever done on my case. I never received any type of bill or itemization of costs. He just kept the full amount, and I gained nothing. I ended up with nothing more than I went in with.... (as far as him advocating on my behal...f). I had originally hired Mr. Greene to represent me in my divorce. The settlement my ex-husband proposed was unfair. But rather than negotiate for a more equal settlement, he esentially did nothing, except keep the retainer. I signed the proposed divorce settlement agreement with absolutely no changes to it, a couple months after it was proposed, just to be done with the whole thing and not go any further into debt.
