Wade Allen Johnson

Wade Johnson, a native Texan, is a commercial trial lawyer and licensed patent attorney raised in Alvin, Texas. His parents, a schoolteacher and chemical plant operator, instilled in him the important qualities of honesty and hard work. After graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in Industrial Distribution, Wade began his professional career in the computer industry with Dell Computers. After years in the sales force, he decided to head back to school and pursue a law degree. In 2008, he graduated among the top of his class from the University of Houston Law Center and began practicing law at prestigious law firms in downtown Houston.

Although the Houston legal industry provided ample work, it was only a matter of time that Wade and his family would land in a small Texas town to instill in his children the same ideals he learned as a child. He brings the highest level of integrity and varied career experience to the Law Offices of Trent Nichols.

Wade represents clients in disputes concerning contracts, oil and gas, intellectual property, construction, manufacturing, employment, product liability, personal injury, real estate, and corporate governance.

At the outset of any dispute, Wade strives to thoroughly understand the objectives of his clients.
