Your discontent appears to be singular. While I respect your mistaken perception and am certainly sorry you suffered a negative or confusing outcome, you and I differ greatly on how we perceive this situation. I never "turned" a State's offer to resolve your case(s) into a more punitive offer and never made any misrepresentations regarding the punishment recommendation you accepted while in custody at the county jail. Ultimately, I strongly disagree with your characterization of my services and I would encourage you to take future complaints offline so that I can clarify it for you in a professional and respectful manner.
