Edward is a fourth generation South Texan, born and raised in Victoria, Texas. Edward left Victoria in 1995 to attend college and returned in 2008 early in his legal career. Edward now lives in Victoria with his wife and two children and has many extended family members in the area. Edward has strong ties to the South Texas community he serves which enables him to relate South Texas juries and judges as an advocate for his clients.
Edward is a former prosecutor who has the experience and tenacity to get results for you. Edward began his legal career with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office in Houston, Texas. From 2005 through 2008, he worked his way through the Harris County office starting as an intern in a White Collar Crime Division and working his way up as a Juvenile Prosecutor, a Misdemeanor Prosecutor, and finishing as a Felony Prosecutor in the Trial Bureau.
In 2008 Edward and his family relocated to Victoria Texas where he began working for the Victoria County Criminal District Attorney’s Office. Again Edward worked his way through the office as a Misdemeanor and Juvenile Prosecutor but spent the majority of his five years with the office prosecuting serious felony offenses. Edward ended his time with the Victoria County Criminal District Attorneys Office in early 2015 as Felony Section Chief responsible for supervising and training other almost a decade of experience working in Prosecutor’s Offices, Edward will use his experience to help you get your life back on track.
