Charles may be a resonable way to get an agreed order to settle, but he does not prepare well for court. He did not provide financial discovery documents to opposing counsel and as a result my recent income was not included in the determination of my chilod support. What happened is my child suppo...rt got based on imputed income at 40 hrs per week 52 weeks per year even though i work PRN and had a good job that paid average wage. Bottom line, he doesn't perpare, he is nice but dont go with him to court.
