I answered "no" regarding whether I'd recommend this lawyer, but I wish there had been a "maybe" option. You might find his jocular, energized manner a good "match" for you, but I wanted more focus on my matter -- which was quite serious to me. I've heard very good things about him, so perhaps we rea...lly were just a "mismatch." At one point, Mr. West did not get back to me during the time period he stated he would. I called his office and asked for a call back, and he then got back to me (with apologies) a day or two later. This might be quite typical for busy lawyers, but it is difficult to wait when an important matter is "on the line." Again, Mr. West has a good reputation, and he might work well for you. His personality was just too "big" for me.
