Hire Mr. Phelps!

If you or your child ever has the misfortune of finding themselves entangled in Texas A&M's Academic Integrity process do yourself a favor and hire Shane Phelps. We were caught in a situation that seemed to have no resolution. Despite our child's innocence, we could not get anyone from the University... to listen to us or give us any opportunity to state our case. It wasn't until we got Mr. Phelps involved that there was any movement in the case. Mr. Phelps knowledge of the University processes, people and solid plan to address the accusations against us were critical to ultimately getting the accusations dropped. Without a doubt, Mr. Phelps was the reason we ultimately persevered. I would strongly recommend Mr. Phelps and his team.

Grateful for Life!

Choosing Mr. Shane Phelps for my case has been the best decision ever! I would highly recommend Mr. Phelps as during my interaction with him over the past 5 years I have been amazed by the knowledge he posses, his willingness to help people and help them get justice, and above all I am glad I trusted... him completely in whatever decisions he took on my case. 5 years ago, when the incident happened, I was clueless. I did not know Mr. Phelps prior to that incident and an internet search and amazing reviews made me call him late at night (probably 11 pm). He did answer the phone and explained everything then and there! We were panicked, but he was patient and gave us hope and the way ahead. I had never been in such a situation before and now when I am out of college and working and facing immigration paperwork, I realize each day how Mr. Phelps' help on my case has cleared all obstacles and gave me the freedom with respect to getting a job, working wherever I want and on immigration matters too. Definitely someone I would trust blindly!

Godsend!

I left a message at Mr. Phelps' office concerning my son being accused of academic misconduct at college. Within an hour of that call, Mr. Phelps personally returned my call. He consulted with my family for nearly two hours concerning the situation. Mr. Phelps tone and words were honest but reassurin...g. He was able to give us immeasurably valuable insight and advice that literally helped save my son's college future. My family cannot accurately express with words how much we appreciate his time and knowledge.

Thankful Forever

It was a blessing from God that I found Mr. Phelps as my attorney. I met with Mr. Phelps day after I came out of bond. Within two weeks charges against me were dropped. I'll be thankful to Mr. Phelps forever. I would recommend him to anyone without any doubt.
